You have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving your shipment to request a return or exchange for an item with a factory defect.

Only items with factory defects are eligible for return and exchange. We carefully inspect each accessory before shipment to ensure the highest quality, but if you do happen to receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. 

Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that all returns and exchanges are applicable only for factory defects. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for any other reason, such as a change of mind or preferences. 

Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be in its original condition. It should be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. 

Exchange for Change in Size

In the case of a change in size, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please ensure to provide accurate sizing details when placing your order to minimize any size-related issues.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified 2-day window. Kindly provide your order details and a description of the factory defect for our records.
